Inoue are a Humans that use the power of Fairies in order to attack, defend, and heal. There's only one way to become Inoue and that's to talk to Urahara at level 20 and select "Negation Power" from the list. From there you can train and at level 50 you will "hear a voice" and a dialogue box will pop up. Inoue have different sets of skills and different types of fairies. The techniques you get are entirely dependant on what set you decide you want to go with. The three types of fairies all give a boost when they are brought out with the "Summon Fairy" verb. Attack fairies boost your, lo and behold, attack with defense doing the same, while healing fairies boost your reiatsu.
In addition to all of these verbs, you also get the techniques that come about via certain combinations. These can vary from the canon techniques, such as:

- Summon Fairy - Level 50 (summons your fairies individually, also sends them back individually)
- Reiatsu Pressure - Level 100 (releases your reiatsu and deals rei damage to those around you, while draining your own)
