Capture the Hougyoku

Explanation

This thought crossed my mind when i was just sitting at my seat and thinking what would the game more challenging and more fun, and competitive, basically what this means is that the Hougyoku should be something that a Squad, Espada or Guild can conquer and place in their base for personal use, this forces the Hollows to either join a guild or get stronger, or sneak into the base and use the Hougyoku for their use, of course the Hougyoku should be protected because it should give a certain bonus and should only be able to be placed in houses, otherwise people would just bug it in the middle of the map and no one would ever find it.
