All letters represent a special power or ability or advantage.
When you use your Quincy medallion you will lose your medallion and Volstandig forever unless the victim uses a shadow raiding pill.
Volstandig doubles every stat and is the best booster for a Quincy unless you find a bankai which is tactically strong for your letter, otherwise we suggest not to steal any bankais and lose your booster.
To become a member you have to become level 350 and proven to be worthy.
Messing around and not listening to your emperor or advisory will result in a bad consequence for your reputation and rank, you will probably lose your rank.
Failing to keep up with any information will result in being removed from the ranks for incompetence.
Killing your own people will result in a decision made by the emperor and advisory.
Vandenreich Quincy's are only allowed to join.
