Explanation and Cause

This bug is caused by Chojiro, a bankai which makes fake electricity and makes the area darker which makes toxic and other elements useless in result abusive to be able to beat Unohana users and others.

I think this is caused by the fact that it makes the area darker and over laps the toxic icon which dissolves it, that is what i am guessing, but there could be another possibility.
